1. Application for a particular day will not be entertained after 5:00 P.M.

2. Application does not assure allotment.

3. Online applications are accepted up to three days before check-in, while one-week advance bookings require a written request and ID proof.

4. Any loss/damage to the property of the faculty House would be charged from the occupant of the room.

5. Maximum Duration for stay is three days!!!.. Incase of Extension of the stay a new Request should be initiated!!

6. For smooth check-in, official guests must present the University's official letter upon arrival

7. In case of 'Official Duty of HPU', attaching a Guest Reference Letter is mandatory. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of the booking request.

8. One room accommodates 2 adults and 1 child. If an additional person is added, a surcharge of 100 rupees will be applied to the bill.
